Our goal is to provide a memorable experience for every event. We take pride in providing top-notch service, and we want your day to be stress-free and enjoyable. We love what we do, and it shows!

Overlooking our picturesque fairways and 18th green, our ballroom is spacious and can accommodate up to 150 seated guests. We also have intimate spaces for smaller celebrations or meetings.

We offer a variety of services including on-site coordination for full-service events or off-site planning for customized packages.

A Beautiful Venue For Your Wedding

Having the ceremony and reception here made it all so easy to organize, with the minimum of extra planning needed. We had 75 people at the wedding and the ballroom was perfect for this smaller size. The room has a lot of windows which we liked because during the early portion there was lovely light and views of the lake and parkland. Our photos really benefited from the outside locations. I really love the layout of the inside - the building is just the right size so that everything is close - as you enter the foyer is also a bar (a real bar, not just tables which I really liked) which is open plan into the first dining room, and the two together form the cocktail reception with a veranda overlooking the lake.

A Profestional Experienced Staff

I had to organize my wedding from the UK, only arriving three weeks before... My fiance and his mother went to see the place and meet with the events manager and they instantly felt like it was the right place. The location is beautiful, set in wonderful golfing grounds, next to a beautiful lake... They have lovely inside and outside venues, I was lucky enough to get perfect weather for the outside wedding. They have a white arch they put out for you to stand by and they decorated it for me tastefully with while tulle. The event manager was incredibly helpful, especially as I was only able to meet her three weeks before.

First Birthday

We recently had our daughters first birthday party at the Phoenixville Country Club. We are super happy with how everything turned out. Nicholas and Ashlee were very helpful through all of the planning and on the day if the party. We would not have changed anything. Everything was amazing. The food was excellent, the staff was very kind, and the location was beautiful. We highly recommend having any special ocassion here.

Surprising

We had our wedding brunch here this past weekend. It was wonderful! The food, service, drink selection, set-up, location - all of it was amazing. Our guests commented over and over about this “hidden treasure.” There were so many little details that caught us by surprise and the staff here was so friendly. We were thrilled with this venue and several of our guests talked about using it for their upcoming events. We can’t wait to go back!
